1. Platform Overview

Apna Tuition is a free intermediary platform that connects parents/students with home and online tutors across Pakistan. We are not a tutoring agency — we facilitate connections only. All tutoring agreements are between parents and tutors directly.

2. For Parents & Students

• Our platform is 100% free for parents — no registration fee, no commission
• You are entitled to 2 free demo classes before making any payment
• Tuition rates are negotiated directly between parents and tutors
• We do not guarantee specific results or tutor availability
• Please verify tutor credentials before committing to long-term sessions

3. For Tutors

• Registration is completely free — no registration fee
• Tutors must provide accurate qualification information and CNIC for verification
• Tutors must conduct the agreed 2 free demo classes honestly
• Tutors agree not to misrepresent their qualifications or experience
• We may remove tutors who violate our quality standards

4. Tuition Rates

Tuition rates are entirely between parents and tutors. Rates are negotiable. Apna Tuition does not fix, set, or mediate rates. We do not take any commission from either party.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Apna Tuition is an introduction platform only. We are not liable for the quality of tutoring sessions, payment disputes between parents and tutors, or any interactions that occur outside our platform.
